There are many types of investigations but we apply the same diligence and professionalism to each and every one of them. Whether a wellness check or complex insurance fraud investigation, our team immediately gets to work once an assignment is submitted. Upon receipt of a case, a thorough review is conducted and our desktop investigators initiate an online investigation utilizing the most comprehensive databases available. After review of the desktop investigation, a case manager assigns the case to a field investigator. Both the case manager and assigned investigator work together to develop an investigation plan that will meet the client's objectives while adhering to a strict schedule. Our dedicated team is always available but our staff will provide the client regular updates and inform them of any new developments.
