Pazienza & Associates LLC can conduct an on-site visit with the subject of the investigation to determine the subject’s continued eligibility status. We can pre-schedule an on-site visit or perform an unannounced visit depending on our client’s requirements. While conducting the wellness or widow check, we will confirm the subject’s identity by verifying their SSN, DOB, current address and telephone number. Once the subject’s identification is confirmed our investigators will obtain the next of kin’s contact information, benefit check status, medical providers and any information required by the client. A photo of the subject will accompany the report once the investigation is completed.
